Bryan Ramey has tried cases in all levels of South Carolina state courts. At the federal level, he has tried cases in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers' Compensation, and the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Education Association.
Mr. Ramey received his undergraduate education at Clemson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1986. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1991. While in law school, Mr. Ramey was a Regional Champion of the National Trial Competition. Mr. Ramey is recognized as an Advocate by the National College of Advocacy.
Mr. Ramey is involved in many pro bono and charitable activities including serving on the deacon board and as counsel for Tabernacle Baptist Church. He also serves on the board of directors and is general counsel for The Bright Spot Hour, the oldest gospel radio broadcast in America.
