Jason Porter represents injured workers before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission and disabled persons before the United States Social Security Administration. He is committed to obtaining the best results for his clients.

Mr. Porter is admitted to practice in all levels of South Carolina state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers' Compensation, and the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Education Association.

Mr. Porter received his undergraduate education at Clemson University, where he graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politcal Science and English in 1999. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2003.

While in law school, Mr. Porter was a member of the Moot Court Bar and a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Civil Procedure.
